MultiVolt™ 36V Triple Hammer Impact Driver

The Metabo HPT WH36DC is a brushless ¼" hex impact driver on the MultiVolt platform, representing an updated take on the triple hammer design with a focus on compactness, versatility, and high-torque fastening. The WH36DC adds a third anvil to the hammer mechanism, which Metabo HPT says improves driving speed, increases torque output, and reduces vibration compared to a standard twin hammer driver. The result is 1,903 in-lbs of torque, 3,400 RPM, and 4,100 BPM. A new BOLT mode is the headline feature here, optimized specifically for driving and removing large bolts and nuts efficiently, bringing the total to 5 speed settings for a wider range of application control than most impact drivers in this class. At 4.5" and 2.0 lbs, the WH36DC is notably compact and light for a 36V tool, making it a practical option for all-day use and work in tight spaces. Triple LED lighting with shadow reduction keeps the work area visible in low-light conditions. The tool body carries an IP56 rating for dust and water resistance, and the triple hammer mechanism is built to handle demanding jobsite conditions.
